Excellent room steward service. We had a very comfortable cruise due to his hard work and hospitality. Poor water delivery service. It took whole one day the bottles of waters delivered to us. We ended up picking them up by ourselves. Dining room person gave wrong information where we can pick up heavy bottles of water. The color schemes of the steps should be brighter under the dim lighting, or the light should be higher watts in steps area, and color should be alternate each step so that people can aware each step. It was dangerous especially when you are going down the steps because you really don’t see each steps in the dark blue carpeted steps. Main dining room, Not the Magenta, was excellent atmosphere and food, services. Magenta has some problems... it took long time to be seated, even though there are very little customers at 5:00pm, food was not good, hard beef, couldn’t even chew. Buffet restaurant was very convenient and easy to access. Entertainment was excellent. Circuses, comedy, Shore band are very entertaining. Good job to Lorena, the activity director!
