My husband and I chose Norwegian because of their itenerary out of NYC and the freestyle model. We had an amazing experience from the time we arrived at port until we returned. The Haven area and staff were everything we expected. The private island and amount of excursion options was perfect. Lorena, the cruise dirctor, had great energy and made you want to have fun. The shows were great every night and Justin the piano player was a highlight of our trip. We are already planning our next cruise with Norwegian. The restaurants were all great wether you want a quick meal at the buffet or going to the main dining hall. The main dining restaurants felt like the specialties and we were free to eat when you wanted. We ate at 3 specialties and they were all terrific and entertaining. The boat was clean and all staff were friendky and professional.
