Could not say enough good things about our recent cruise on the Oasis of the Sea. Aug. 2018
Keion (stateroom attendant) made us feel welcomed on the first day. Asked us at least twice a day, “how are day is and is everything ok”. If there was an issue, he addressed it immediately and got it resolved.
Kenny (waiter at Chops) was amazing!!! Instantly made feel right at home and excelled at customer service while building relationships. Made such an impression, we came back an asked for him 4 different times we ate after. Recommend Chops and while your there, ask for Kenny to be your server!!
Santosh( salesman at watch store) wasn’t over powering or presssure selling us. Had a great and long first conversation with him. He personalized the encounter by sending each of us a personalized note asking,”how are day was and excited to talk with us again”. On last day told us he had got some new merchandise to look at an found and got my wife her first watch.
Ginny(spa attendant) fabulous!! Greatest experience I have had at a spa!! Good enough for my wife she went back 3 times for other treatments with Ginny!! If you can, indulge yourself.

Always clean, neat and organized by Keion. Everyday turn down service with a towel animal to surprise us with. Any issue was address immediately and corrected.
