Customer service and majority of staffs working on the cruise have bad service. Extra charge was put on the account. We travel in the middle on high season some of the on board activity was cut back due to under staff and other activity have to wait in line more than 1 hours. Buffet staffs are not friendly. Got 3 main pool was small with so much people water was so cloudy. Main dinning service was great with very friend staffs. Entertainment was good but make sure you make reservation otherwise you have to wait in line and still might not get into the show. Stateroom staffs are friend much more better than buffet staffs. If you are ice cream lover you will be disappointed only available during dinner, there was only 2 ice cream selection strawberry or vanilla. During the day have frozen yogaurt machine but does not work half the time.
