This was our second cruise to Alaska but the first time on the Bliss, which is a is definitely the biggest cruise ship out there. The ship itself is absolutely gorgeous with many amenities to please just about everyone. The embarkation process is very smooth, I don't think anyone does this better then NCL, we were able to check in and board the ship within 30-40 minutes. There are many dining options included with the package along with specialty restaurants as well as "a la carte" restaurants, which I found annoying because you had to pay to eat there so why not make them "specialty" or "main dining" option? There were plenty of bars throughout the ship and a variety of entertainment. Jersey Boys was great, Havana was boring. The disembarkation process was not smooth at all, it took my family and I over an hour to get off the vessel which put us at risk of missing our flight home. We had the 9:00am slot and it felt like everyone decided to disembark at the same time whether or not they had picked the slot, plus there were only two exits to handle all the traffic when the reality is that they needed more like 3-4 of them. The rest of the cruise was great, there were a lot of activities the excursions were great (Ziplined in Ketchikan; Whale Watching in Juno and UTV adventures in Skagway), we had wonderful and knowledgeable guides which made each so much better.
The cabin was roomy and well organized
