I have cruised for many many years and have always been loyal to Royal, but their customer service has dipped quite a bit. Overall, many staff are still very energetic and friendly, but the wait staff are no longer friendly as the amount of drink packages have increased and that diminished their individual tipping, so they just don’t care anymore. The Casino staff, especially the dealers have ZERO personality. Unless I or my wife said hello first to a staff member they would not acknowledge us. My dinner wait staff often forgot something I ordered, they never took the time to get to know my name or make me feel welcomed at dinner, except the Head Waiter Manuel. He was amazing, friendly and accommodating, but his staff was just sub par, probably the worst dinning experience I have had on any of my royal cruises. It almost felt like I was inconveniencing them by asking for something. The WORST part is that after 9pm there were only two choices on the entire ship of 6,000 people to eat and it was the cafe promenade or pizza. Imagine the only choices you can eat for 7 days is the same sandwich or pizza. Poorly done Allure, poorly done.

Cabin Review

Central Park View Balcony

Cabin 2J

Our Cabin Stewards were the best we have ever had. They were attentive, friendly, engaging and on top of all our needs. 10++

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Good.

Labadee

Beach was rocky and full of seaweed. Locals harass you to buy items. Food on the island is ok, but typical hot dog, hamburgers or chicken.
