Wanted to take an Alaska cruise. Was disappointed with many items. Food places, shops and bars had shorter hours. Food was room temp. Only water/coffe/tea to drink after breakfast. Minimal seating and could not obtain silverware unless you sat at a table. If no table available, you stood around trying to find a server to ask to get you some silverware. Theydo not leave any out for you to grab on your own. Very inconvenient. The casino, It was like pulling teeth to get a drink.

No towels folded into animals in your staterooms. First cruise where that wasnt done.

We have been on numerous cruises and for what this one cost it felt like a lower class and “less” for the money then the other cruises. This cruise was not worth the money paid, especially having to give up all the other little things. Longer store hours, random photos being taken at dinner and exiting at ports. Actually bring the photos out to be able to look at, especially when being stuck out at sea due to high winds and not much to do because nothing was open.

Christopher was very nice.

Port Reviews

Juneau

Ate at Tracys crab shack. Off the charts good. Then just walked around

Glacier Bay

Did not get off boat. The scenery was beautiful, what we could see.

Victoria

Only there a short tome. Walked around for about an hour and headed back to ship
