Sail Date: Jul 2018
Cabin: Junior Suite

Previously sailed on Anthem to the same ports, when she first arrived in NJ. Not a very good experience. Poor service, long lines for elevators, mediocre food and generally not a happy ship.

This trip was just the opposite.

Embarkation was seamless for all 7 of us. Cape Liberty Cruise Port is well organized as far as helping you drop off your luggage and park. Very smooth operation. Took about 15 minutes from entering the terminal to boarding the ship.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin J3

We normally sail in a balcony but were spoiled by the Jr. Suite. More floor space as well as extra closet and drawers. Nice size bathroom with tub(slippery). Will be hard to go back to a balcony.

Port Reviews

King's Wharf

Bermuda is a wonderful island which we have visited many times. We just walked around. Some members of our family took an RC excursion which was a boat ride and snorkeling. They enjoyed it.

St. Maarten

St. Maarten is still working it's way back from the hurricanes of last year. Not everything was back to normal and many building smelled of mold. It will probably be back to it's normal beautiful status in 6 - 12 months.

San Juan

Old San Juan is an amazing place to walk. We wanted the children in out group to learn something on the cruise so we took them to El Morro. We all loved it. Also hit the outlets on the way back to the ship. Would have liked more time in port.

Labadee

Labadee has more to offer every time we visit.
