We had 50 guests in our group for our cruise. Ages ranged fro 3yo to 70+ yo. Every single person consistently commented on customer service. I was impressed by the attention to detail. Even being called by name on the pool deck where it is flooded with people. Food was well above average and service was efficient. Prasanna was our head waiter in the main dining room and I felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure our experience was top notch. Omar called the entire family on our deck by name and was very outgoing and friendly. Activities were well communicated as well. We enjoyed scavanger hunts, the gym, shows and the pool. We had some adverse weather and the ship quickly made alterations to our port calls and communicated efficiently. Additionally, activities to offset the bad weather were quickly made to further creat an enjoyable experience during unpredictable weather. We had an amazing time!
