Our waiters in the Tides dining room, Igede and Kenad were exceptional. The service was spot-on; they are funny and entertaining. With the combination of excellent food and superior service the Tides dining experience was the highlight of our cruise. Mona and the other employees at Cafe Lattitudes were great; after the first order she remembered our names and orders, and not just our entire family of 10 but all the other travelers I heard ordering drinks; this is amazing service. When the airlines lost the luggage of 6 of our family members, the crew blew them away with their generosity and thoughtfulness by providing tuxes for the formal dinners, free laundry service, credit for clothing purchases on the ship, and even sent each of their cabins a bottle of wine. They also made several trips to retreve the luggage after the airlines repeatedly lied about where it would be delivered (don't fly American Airlines).
