I choose the cruise because the ports that it visited and I used to be loyal to Royal Caribbean because of the service. However, I notice that it has decline a little in quality details such as a welcoming at the ports. I noticed that other cruises had water and towels for their guests as they arrive the ship from the port and that was a nice detail after all day walking under the sun.

The embarkation process was very smooth and comfortable. My cabin was very nice. The dining service was excellent. I think that something should be organized with the Windjammer because it's too crowded to enjoy lunch. In general, I still like the service and quality of the food.

Even though the entertainment activities at night (the shows) were good, I've been to other Royal Caribbean cruises were the shows were broadway type shows. I remembered watching the play "Chicago" at one of your cruises. I think I was expecting that type of shows. However, the presentations and activities were very nice.
