To celebrate our 50th anniversary I couldn't be more dissatisfied. The food was very poor quality. The ship needs updated. The staff was rude. This was my third time sailing with princess cruise line. The past cruises were fantastic. This last one was a huge disappointment. We can never get our 50 th anniversary back. I have nothing more to add. I will never use princess again. The child's program was just babysitting. It used to be great. The food was McDonald's quality. The service in the horizon court was very bad. The service in the horizon court was extremely bad. The bed was very comfortable. The dance classes were fun but needed more room. They were way too crowded. I can't even say how disappointed we were. There were eight of us and we were split up for dinning, even after I requested we were to sit tonight. They even sat other people with half of our party.
