I traveled The Summit before and had a great time. The karaoke was great last year which was in the Rendezvouz everynight. Let's fast forward to 7/29/2018 on the third day I got an allergic reaction to some ingredient they used i think in a cookie that was made. This happened to my brother in la and my Sister as well as another passenger i spoke with. It was a nightmare it was like 8 canker sores on each side of my tongue which made it very painfule to eat. Also, I endend up calling customer service at least 4 - 5 times before the cruise. They kept giving me perks and taking them away. When i got on the ship to change a perk to from wifi which i didn't need really back to my $300 onboard credit they wouldn't do it, It was a simple swith and I really don't see what the problem was nor did i get an explanation as to why they couldn't do it. Let's say that I traveled with 13 family members and spent thousands on this cruise 2x might I add an they couldn't make a simple change. The entertainment sucked this year! My sister and her husband got to enjoy the 3 Divas and it never showed again??!! The Karaoke happened once in the redezvouz lounge and never again, people kept showing up looking for it. Then we saw in the booklet "finale" What finale, you never posted anything leading up to it. The Rendezvouz was empty every night which I couldn't believe. By 12am there's nothing to do but go to sleep, the club had a maxiumum of 50 people in it unless Motown was happening. Other than that it was a dissapointment. Let's talk about the child like servings in the cosmopolitan for dinner especially if you ordered the chicken and the 6 bread baskets they kept putting on the table to fill you up with before dinner was served. Annnd I made reservations for 13 and when we got there we waited at least a 1/2 hour for our table. They were holding a table for people that never showed. Although they said they showed up everynight. I get that. Why then couldn't someone call them to see if they were coming or not?!! It was a simple phone call!!

In order for me to ever cruise with you again, you would have to fix your portions for dinner in the Cosmopolitan restaurant and get your entertainment right. This ship is now good for Seniors and not knocking them, trust i'm almost there, however we do enjoy a bit of lively entertainment and fun. This cruise had none of that
