Chose this ship because it was brand new, and had the Alaska ports we were looking for. There is not one thing negative I can say about this ship. I read many complaints about having to wait 15 minutes for an elevator. Not true. Several times we were actually on alone, and never waited more than 7 minutes which to some seems like an eternity. Room cleanliness was second to none, and our steward Joseph on Deck 10 couldn't have been nicer, or happier. We had the dining package, and Cagney's, Q, Le Bistro, and La Cucina were our choices, and all four could not have been any better. Staff, food, and presentation were superb. The entire ship staff was always smiling, and you could tell they really enjoyed their job, and interacting with the guests. The whole shore excursion process was amazing on how getting everyone off the ship, onto the right bus, or boat was a major feat but you would never know it. Checking in process took a total of 18 minutes. Our room was very well appointed, and a larger bathroom than on most ships. Beautiful new ship with great amenities. I will be booking this again for next year.
