OMG lets start with the dirty cabin on arrival to the boat following the mile long trek with 50 pounds of baggage and no porter assistance. All I wanted to do was take my shoes off and lay down. What I found was dirty and underwear and socks from the prior occupants. When I left a note for the cabin steward with the dirty clothes at turn down she left the clothes on my clean bed thinking they were mine.

No one enforces the rules. Pool deck and chairs were crowded and reserved by towels ALL day long with no one in them. When you asked the staff to remove the items they said they couldn't for an hour. Two hours later the same staff refused to remove the stuff to turn over the chair.

Ultimate Dining was a joke. Service bad at both Cagney's and sadly NCL has not gotten the concept of Moderno down. Food was raw making me and my family sick not once but twice. When I said I couldn't stomach it a third time, they refused to refund my payment.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

Dirty and in need of a good housekeeping. Hairspray residue all over the door and walls. Prior occupants dirty clothes on floor, under the bed and even on the dirty balcony. Door to toilet was broken and took 2 days to get repaired. There was something rubbing or ticking that kept me up all night most nights. No enforcement of the no room smoking policy. Cabin next door was smoking like a chimney with ashes blowing over. They never stopped it, even when told so our room reeked of smoke.

Port Reviews

Venice

After hours tour included St. Mark's. Was outstanding and worth the money. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Santorini

Very nice! Saw a lot of sights, good bus driving up the steep roads. Guide was excellent. Nice dinner and dancing following a long, hot afternoon.

Dubrovnik

Very nice port. Friendly people and clean. Was able to do the self guided walking tour here. NCL charged $30 a person for shuttle service. What a rip off. The port was better than Corfu.
