Wanted to go to Alaska to see the Glacier and never even got close. They don't tell you that on this itinerary that they don't take you to the glacier, that you have to book a separate excursion and I fly my sister and brother in law all the way from Pa to see the glacier falling in the water, and saw nothing. There is nothing to do on this boat! Boring. Service was terrible except for a few waiters. The specialty dining on the top floor was the worst food ever! This was my 40 cruise and I was so disappointed and embarrassed that princess service was so down compared to past cruises. The check-in wasn't bad. Getting off the boat wasn't bad. The drill was long and drawn out. Entertainment fair at best. Food worst cruise food I ever experienced. The buffet was terrible, with little variety and poor quality.

Cabin ME

We got our girls a cabin with an obstructed view, and it was obstructed! Almost no view.
