It was a great cruise but the food, shows and fees were the worst parts of the cruise, all of the other aspects were mainly fantastic. We had a amazing time with my family on the excursions and got us back on the ship right on time. When we arrived at the port at Miami we breezed through the check in and got on the ship within 30 minutes. But when we got on the ship the safety video and announcements had to be translated into many languages so it was hard to understand what they were saying sometimes. The shows were mostly Opera. The food was "fine" but the restaurant "Seashore" was amazing and most of the food was generic. The staff was mostly nice but a few times we were frustrated by the staff. First when we were waiting to go on the zipline for our first time they wanted to kick us out so we had to argue to go on the zipline after waiting a hour and a half. The onboard experience was great and the waterslides were nice but the clear waterslide they advertised a lot was slow and wasn't clear like they said but the sports quart was fun, and the kids clubs were good. The staff was nice our room cleaner was very nice and our servers for the food were nice we feel welcome.
The cabins were great we connected the balconies using a screwdriver. They had many TV channels. The rooms were perfect for our kids and us.
Food was okay but the restaurant seashore was great and all of the watersides and zipline was great but all of the pools were 6 foot and saltwater.
