We booked the cruise last minute, with the desire to see Cuba. This cruise accomadated our schedule as we were already going to be in Clearwater, so leaving from Tampa was convenient enough. From the moment we arrived at the terminal, we felt welcomed and well attended to. The desire to keep us engaged in entertained was evident throughout, and it showed in the resulting great experiences. As for the arrangements regarding the Cuba experience, the crew kept is informed of all the legal requirements and made sure all of the appropriate paperwork was prepared and promptly processed. The food was exemplary, including the buffets, and I am not generally a fan of buffets. The dinner service included a formal night, and scheduled seating, but it was great to meet and dine with new people from different walks of life. The service was exemplary, as our waiters knew us almost immediately, leading to almost instantaneous service of wine refills, coffee, dinner rolls, etc.

They were enormously attentive. It was an amazing time, and I would more than likely be willing to take this cruise again.
