My Alaskan Cruise with RC has been terrible. Food is awful. No flavor. Room smells terrible. I have to keep my bathroom door shut to keep from throwing up. Nickeled and dimed left and right. Pay, pay, pay. I thought I already paid to come on a cruise? Really, run away from RC. Their Surf and Stream Internet is not even capable of a Google Search, how could it possibly stream a video? I will never choose Royal Caribbean again. I’ve never been so disappointed with a business in this way. They talk up a service, get you to pay, and then simply don’t provide the service. Go somewhere classier. Go to a business with more integrity. I don’t mind paying for a service that is actually provided, but to bait and switch over and over is unacceptable. RC should be ashamed of themselves. If you say you can provide a service then follow through.
