We took Cruce Mundo cruise from our travel agent. We returned on August 4th,2018.

The ship MS Bellejour gave us a lot of problems. At the first day of the trip air conditioner didn't work with 95F (35C). Next day cabin was not clean for the entire day, For the last 3 days Ship phone didn't work. Hair drier was missing in the cabin and was delivered at midnight. On the trip to Strasbourg by bus 2 buses had trouble with air conditioners and we had to wait for another bus at 95F outside.

Food for dinner was limited and Ship didn't have any entertainment. We strongly recommend to everyone avoid the cruise with MS Bellejour .Old ship and service bellow expectation by far.We had nice offshore excursions with the knowledgeable guides.but everything else was not good at all.Also we expected to see very clean cities. but were very surprised to see garbage all over on the streets
