I chose this cruise because it looked amazing but looks aren’t everything. First thing happened when we just got on the ship was the bartender by the pool was rude. He told us hurry up pick a drink and it needs to be something quick. Then it was so packed on this ship we waited in lines for everything. Waited forever for an elevator and when it came it was full so we started to take the stairs everywhere. The food was just ok i would never go to a restaurant and pay for the food that was free on the ship. They had some really good places to eat but u had to pay for the meals which were expensive. Everything we did it felt like they were trying to sell us something. We went to get a massage they tried selling us over $200 in products and more massages they told me i needed which were $300. We went to the arcade onboard and spent $50 in 10 mins. They were pushing for us to put a deposit on another cruise which i will never go on another Norwegian Cruise again. It wasn’t relaxing cause it felt like i had to fight off a sales pitch everywhere i went. Last night i was there my gf wasn’t feeling well so i went to get her and her daughter a sprite from the bar by the pool. The bartender told u can only get to 2 drinks that’s ur limit. I try not get into with him cause i didnt want to get into a fight so luckily he did not swipe my card so i was able to walk all the way to the next bar and grab myself a drink.it seemed like they had so many workers on onboard that they had to hire a lot of ppl and didn’t get high quality workers cause they were few and far between. Loved the guy that cleaned my room though tipped him $60 at the end on top of the money we paid for gratuity. We ordered a picture of the three of us for a frame we purchased on the cruise. It was the wrong size so they reordered it for us and messed it up again so we had to go back 3 times. I just smile and say it’s ok cause i don’t want any trouble I’m was on vacation. I’ve been on cruises before but this was the worse. My gf daughter want to swim with the dolphins so we booked it turns out one of us had to pay to do it with her we couldn’t just go and watch no one told us this when we booked it.
