We have been on >15 cruises in the past but have never cruised with Norwegian Cruise line. Based on what we heard about the services on Norwegian Cruise ships, we had no desire to try it. Due to limited availability of the cruise-line to Cuba and limited time-frame for vacation, we had to cruise on Norwegian Sky to visit Cuba. To our surprise, it appeared that (1). the cruise-ship was slight older but very very clean, (2). Cruise-ship stuff were very polite; (3) The supervisors were in the the restaurant and ensure the cleanness of the tables and floors. The used/dirty dishes were taken away in timely fashion. We rarely saw any food on the buffet counters, restaurant floor, and drinking station. (4). Choices of food were impressive. (5) Quality of the cheese was amazing. Before the meals were served in the buffet area, the supervisors were there tasting the dishes to ensure the quality of food. (6) the entertainment programs were short and interesting.

We hope you guys keep doing what you are doing. We love the quality of the services and definitely will cruise with Norwegian cruise-line again.
