This is honestly the worst cruise that we have ever been on. The customer service was horrible. The bar tenders near the pool were just rude and did not want to be doing their jobs. There was hardly any music pool side accept for the last day on board and there were never enough lounge chairs..... If you are looking for pool side service and a fun enjoyable experience, DO NOT BOOK THIS SHIP.... also, the specialty restaurant "Tuscany" had the absolute worst service.... I don't know why it is so hard for some people to just smile and make people feel welcome! Absolutely HORRIBLE, we will never use this cruise line again. The only good thing about this ship was the staterooms. The rooms were spacious but I would have traded that for an enjoyable time any day!.... not to mention " I could not believe the night club was a room were people had to wear headphones to listen to music. Literally people dancing in a room with no music.....the strangest experience ever!
