We chose this cruise to try out the Quantum class ships and see what they were all about. We have previously been on The Allure, Oasis, and Navigator. We've loved all three.
Well, lets start with the good:
The service was almost universally excellent. We had one bad experience that I won't go into detail about. After we complained (our first time on 4 cruises) they more than made up for it.

Ocean View with Large Balcony
We had an extended balcony. Really nice. Really clean. Room attendant (Betty) was awesome
Port Reviews
St. Maarten
Poor St. Maarten. Still has not recovered from the hurricane. Orient beach is still beautiful, but the buildings and sun decks are gone. Shopping and boardwalk still fun. Maho beach is good for and hour or so, but gets busy.
San Juan
The city is still recovering. but still a pretty one.
Labadee
Beautiful. Just Beautiful. The shops are annoying though. I would have liked to walk through them, but they most aggressive sellers I have EVER seen on any cruise or island.
