We thought we would try a different ship and company. We have always travelled with Thompson but they didn't have a ship going to the Fjords. Getting on board. We were given a time however left to our own devices of getting to our room. Not enough staff for the bar areas so waiting a long time for drinks. Hot drinks like hot chocolate or cappacino were cold. Food samey unless you went to the resturant which was ok. The crazy golf was laughable along with the bowling you had to pay for which was €6 for 5 throws. Staff weren't always pleasant it was an effort for a good morning. Long queues to get back on ship. Lack of information Entertainment in the Tiger lounge ok but shocking in most of the other areas. The comedian was diabolical. Food at breakfast and lunch often cold and the trips horrendously overpriced.
