I live in Puerto Rico, when my wife saw the offer for the 3 night cruise we decided to give it a try. We are Diamond class and the line for Diamond class and beyond were eliminated. The experience in the Windjammer was a nightmare, we were always able to find a table but it was very hard to get a plate of food due to the lines and the few stations available. I was on the Harmony of the Seas last December and booked the Symphony on board during that trip, the Freedom of the Seas was kind of a spur of the moment and I ended up regretting it. The cabin was same as always but the bathroom was not as clean as it should be. I was also unable to use the pool because it was always full of people yelling and screaming nonsense which I believe should not have been allowed.
