my review on this cruise is 2-3 stars only.The state room was dirty,bed was not made. There was a pair of dirty black color sox left in the state room.In the mini bar fridge a half eaten chocolate bar and also a half eaten coconut was found. The TV was not working. Light went out twice during my stay. Staff was not very friendly.I did not see my state room stewart during the whole duration of cruise.I been using the Norwegian cruise line for years but this we had very bad experience. Though I heard a many good things from my personal cruise consultant. Believe me I love Norwegian cruise lines and I will continue to use Norwegian cruise line in future but not the Getaway Norwegian cruise line.We were family of five guest but bought the cruse shore excurtions for the whole family, four guests were given the lattitudes discount but the fifth one was charged full price. When I went to the customer service they said they will correct the mistake, even I got a phone call that the discount is been given and the the customer service apologies.When on the final day I asked for the final statement the bill was still the same . Discount was not given.
