We had planned for this Viking inaugural round-the-world cruise two years earlier, but we decided to get married one week before our departure - so it became our extended honeymoon and what a memorable honeymoon it turned out to be. Before signing up for the cruise, we studied the countries and ports we will be visiting. We were very impressed with the ports that Viking has chosen since most of them were not the frequently picked by the usual crowd. We were also glad that Viking has taken the chore of obtaining all the necessary visas at no cost to us. The entire embarkation and disembarkation process was a breeze and we were the envy of the passengers of other cruise ships docking nearby. Everything was top notch, services such as dining, entertainment and excursions, to the ship and cabin. Viking has always been rated numero uno for their river cruises, but after launching world cruises three years ago, Viking has been rated numero uno already for 2016 and 2017 - very impressive. Viking has won us over as life-long clients. Well done, Viking!
