Staff was rude and not ever helpful, excursions cancelled and still no refund. Entertainment was poor and none for kids. Day care not kids activities as advertised. Lounge chairs always tied down never enough out to actuall use one. Luggage lost...had to find 5 pieces on our own, no staff wanted to help. Toddler pool was fine except for cigar and cigarette butts everywhere and people being sexually inappropriate at the toddler pool. Ie, too intimate for toddler viewing. The ship had nothing for kids in between toddler and teen age. Ship was boring to us., the shows were comedians boring, where was the Las Vegas style shows? Lip syncing is not entertainment worth the cost of a. Raise. Food was cafeteria food quality and restaurants food menus all the same as each other and food never cooked to order. There was a medical emergency so our evening/overnight cruising speed was made a full speed in 3 hours which made a very nauseating cruise for me even with two Dramamine. I was disillusioned to what a cruise was like. Others have raved about food and entertainment but I did not see anything to rave about.
