This was a very elegant and relaxing cruise with interesting lectures and great food. The stateroom was roomy and well maintained and I loved the chocolate that was put in my mini-fridge each day. In- room movies and Ted talks kept me entertained and the chef was happy to meet my dietary needs. The excursions were well planned and organized and I especially enjoyed the hiking. My only "criticism" was that most of the excursions felt too crowded as there were almost 40 of us most of the time.

During our days at sea, there was plenty to do. The exercise room was modern with up to date and comprehensive equipment and never too crowded. In general, the customer service was the best I've experienced. Embarkation went so smoothly. Imagine boarding the ship to music from a classical trio!

If you are looking for a relaxed, luxury experience, I would highly recommend Viking!
