Chose this cruise because it was the only one that fitted our itinerary and schedule and liked the fact we were in St Petersburg for two days.

The staff were friendly and the service was excellent especially in the Minstral dining room. The dress code was not adhered to and it was disappointing to see some men going into dinner wearing shorts, tee-shirts and sandals whereas the ladies made the effort to dress nicely.

Many services which are standard on other cruise lines were either not available or carried additional charges for example, there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the cabin therefore incurring room service charges if you wanted an early morning cuppa before leaving the cabin.

Cabin 6D

Good storage. Hair dryer in dressing table drawer (not in shower room). Compact but adequate. Balcony small but adequate.
