This was an excellent and very enjoyable and informative cruise. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to et a good overview of the Viking homelands. The excursions were great, the staff on the ship was extraordinarily wonderful, friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The meals and all food was great. The atmosphere on the ship made everyone feel friendly and at home. The accommodations were exquisite and comfortable and here was always a place to be comfortable in you own space.

Viking does a masterful job of bringing in the culture, history and climate of the destinations visited whether it be b y entertainment, port talks, destination menus, etc. The local aides that they hire are excellent and the entertainment on board is also excellent. The drew, all of them, take a special pride in making you feel comfortable and know among the staff and they all try to make your trip a wonderful and memorable experience.
