Major problem on this cruise. Hot water pipes in my cabin ceiling broke and doused my whole cabin in scalding water. It destroyed all the furniture and all my possessions. The water escapes into the corridor entering other cabins and wetting the floors. Everyone was moved to new cabins. Wonderful. Then everyone compensated with £300. Wonderful. Unfortunately everything we had on the cruise was destroyed. ALL of our clothes suitcases and personal stuff. I’m told now, five weeks later that it is TUI company policy to give £300 compensation and nothing more. IT IS DISGRACEFUL that I receive the same as someone with wet shoes, when I have lost everything. Even our passports were destroyed. Unfortunately my insurance is insufficient to cover all that was lost and so I believe TUI should make up the difference at least?

I have rated our experience below without taking into consideration the cabin disaster for
