We cruise with RC quite regularly so it is very easy to notice the ever increasing evidence of cost cutting each time we go on board. It hasn't quite reached the point where I would consider going elsewhere but it's very close.

Firstly, the Main Dining Room. Vastly understaffed. Can't blame the wait staff. It's not their fault that there isn't enough of them. Result is a very long wait between courses and the food is always cold when it arrives. I don't really wish to make complaints when I am on holiday but after 3 or 4 visits of cold food and long waits, we found it was better just to go to the Windjammer and serve ourselves. We found the food in the Windjammer to be of really good quality so we didn't miss the MDR at all

Secondly, the atmosphere on board had way too much, sell, sell, sell. I appreciate RC is a business and needs to make a profit but constantly making tannoy announcements for sales of this, sales of that, does start to get irritating.
