The ship was going to the area we wanted to visit, leaving from Venice. There are two criticisms I have, firstly the shows they had were mostly very poor.Secondly, the pushing of products was annoying.Much of the daily programme was about selling art,and the creams and potions for all sorts.Staff were constantly coming to our table to get themselves noticed, and start to chat so that we would give them a good review.I want to enjoy my meals with my family and not be interrupted several times at each sitting. While on deck we sat near the manager of the deck bar area.He told his staff to go out and make as much money as they could! The cost of wine for one bottle of red wind was 50 pounds with charges at the Windjammer.I have to comment that the food was excellent and the highlight of the day, choice and quality was first class.Earlier this year we were on a P & O cruise and the shows were fantastic and the food very good.I will be cruising with them in future.
We had no fridge in our cabin. The beds were creaking every time we turned, that said it was average for cruising from our experience of other ships we have cruised on.
Lovely place with nice shopping and cafe.My family walked around the wall and enjoyed the experience.
Staff in the shops came and pushed for sales so not for me.I like to browse first.First class ladies clothes and handbags.
