The Getaway was over booked with kids and young families. The children dominated the ONE pool on the ship for the entire vacation. The children were rude, unsupervised by parents, screamed on the ship, and made the vacation for mature adult couples unpleasant. Several times during the day I had to call housekeeping about getting our room cleaned. This happened on a daily basis. The Internet service was slow, and at times not working. I did ask for a 1 day refund of the cost for Internet since it stopped working on that day. The customer relations refused my request. We had the full inclusive beverage package, but still had to pay over $43.00 for bottled water. Bottle water is not included in the inclusive beverage package, which I was never told. The cardio fitness room was small with several broken machines. All excursions were fun, except the Sight Seeing with Limited Mobility in Roatan. Stay away from this excursion. The transportation was old, not designed for adults with mobility issues, and the sights were not worth your time and money.

I am going back to Royal Caribbean - Oasis of the Seas since I know the fabulous quality and service on this ship.

Harvest Caye

We stayed at the shopping village at the end of the pier. This was lots of fun and safe.
