While overall we enjoyed the cruise it wasn't a patch on last years Rhapsody of the Seas.

Hate to focus on the negative but it was the small things which were missing. We cruised at exactly the same time last year which means my wife's birthday fell during the cruise. Last year there were strawberries dipped in chocolate and a card in the room the night before her birthday. This year nothing.

My main problem with the navigator a lack of a central area. The shopping street reminded me of Ocean Terminal in Edinburgh. It was basically shops and eating/drinking places with a view of the sea. Which is what Ocean terminal is.

Great location, great view. Was a bit on the rocky side on the return up the Bay of Biscay but manageable.
