We chose to splurge on a Mediterranean cruise for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our cruise was near perfect. The ports were gorgeous and we had a fabulous time. RCCL’s staff is very accommodating and friendly. We had, as usual, excellent service.

The only two issues we ran into was a surprisingly pushy sales force to get us to buy into upcharges and a poor experience in our choice of cabin.

We were VERY taken aback by the astounding number of upcharges for services that used to be free of charge, to include the discontinuation of Happy Hour, a fee for Giovanni’s table, bottled water, fresh orange juice, and more.
