I chose this cruiseline because my grandparents have been using it for over 10 years. I chose a 5-day cruise because it was my first and I was extremely nervous to go overseas. I had a great time despite the storm we had to pass which made everyone extremely sea sick. I could not fully enjoy activities due to these conditions. The best part was arriving to Bermuda because I was anxious to get off the boat and explore the beautiful island. The excursions were very helpful and enjoyable. It is very easy to get a taxi to take you to the beach. I overall thought the staff of the ship were very kind and helpful; however, I must express my concerns for guest services. I completely support the diversity of the staff onboard, but it can be very difficult to dispute account issues or certain questions if they do not completely understand you. Despite this minor set back, the activities were great for kids and the staff made the experience worthwhile. I enjoyed the gameshows and watching people participate karaoke in the music hall. I enjoyed the Solarium where my boyfriend and I could enjoy peace and quiet in a relaxing hot tub and view of the water. Another recommendation I would add would be to arrive at activities at LEAST 20-30 minutes prior due to how quickly people arrive. This cut into certain activities that I wanted to do. VERY GOOD FOOD, VERY GOOD PEOPLE, LOTS TO DO, but sucky gift shop! Please book with this cruise and not a 5-day. I hope this was helpful.
