We have wanted to go on an Alaskan cruise for a long time, this was the year. As a long time cruiser of another cruise line we wanted to give another line a try.
The Jewel is a very clean and customer friendly ship. The ports of call were excellent and we had an overall great experience. Boarding and disembarking the ship was one of the best experiences we have had on a cruise line. Staff is well trained and very customer oriented.
As compared to our experiences on other lines we were not completely satisfied.

The cabin was very spacious for a cruise ship. It even had a bath tub! The Cabin Steward was attentive and very responsive to our requests.
