My husband missed the fun and entertainment on Carnival most nights on Jewel it was a struggle to find something to do,

The pros;

Staff were wonderful

We had a balcony cabin which was every spacious

The ports were fantastic

Ship is in good condition

The cons;

Entertainment was awful the production shows  were boring 

I like Latin music but the only live music on board were 3 Latino bands and we needed more variety even the guy in the piano bar was singing Spanish songs when 2k of the passengers English was their first language  

Food in dining room wasn't great 2 nights out of 6 I had to send my food back as it was in edible but the staff were  great in dealing with my issues

The ports are definitely the star of this cruise the ship is aThis was my 8th cruise 5 with Carnival and my 3rd with Royal following the cruise I think we will be going back to Carnival.
