We have lot of trip with Norwegian and never been so bad and disappointed. We choose Norwegian Star due to the route which has excellent ports. The disembarkation process on the ports is the worse of the worse on my experience traveling on cruise. They don’t care if you are bronze or ambassador or stay on a suite they make a jumble at the time of get out of the cruise. Super bad communication on providing process of last day disembarkation including rudeness from the staff knowing they are wrong. The tender system is the worse they make you wake up early to get the ticket to get out. Receive the luggage broken, room incomplete turndown & vague explanation from service desk.

Food: Five times get the food cold “Mean Fridge Mode Cold” on O’Sheehan Bar & Grill and the service was rude.
