For a first time cruise, the Ruby Princess cruise to Alaska was outstanding! From the on-board experiences to the excursions to the views, it was all top-notch. Our waiter and his assistant in the dining room were so much fun and we really enjoyed the on-board entertainment. We plan to go again on the Ruby Princess and encourage anyone to take this cruise with this ship. There were no disappointments other than it ended too soon and we could have used more time in Ketchikan. Our cabin was wonderful and we really appreciated the handicap accessibility. While we didn't travel with children, the kids we saw on the ship were having a great time. There were two little guys in the elevator with us who were on their way to the area for kids their age. They were so excited to go there so it must have been a fun place to visit. I think the highlight for me was to see a glacier in Glacier Bay. Having never seen one, it was an amazing sight. Be sure to do the Liars Club game and the Marriage match game - lots of laughs!

We had plenty of room and it was always immaculate. The handicapped bathroom was very helpful for my husband. Loved getting the chocolates on the bed each night.
