Nice big ship. 6500 people and didn't feel crowded. Central park and boardwalk areas were very nice. Rooms were ok size for a ship. Several places to eat, but most came with a cover or up charge per guest. Royal did offer packages for dining experiences, but they were a little high and probably not practical with people with extra family members. Only real issue I had was the price of drink packages, if u think u will be drinking alcohol buy the package early before you cruise. It would cost 63 dollars a day and double that for my wife, so 700 dollars for just the top tier drinks package if you bought it on board. We settled on the second tier drink package which includes water and sodas and bought alcohol drinks al la cart. Probably should have gotten the lowest drinks package and got the case of water for the room. Also the drinks were kinda price too high 13 to 15 bucks per with gratuity automatically added 18%, but the staff kinda looked to u to add a tip. A suggestion is to have more happy hours or suggestions to non alcoholic drinks on menus which other than sodas and waters were not promoted at all. Overall nice experience except for upcharges and high priced excursions and short port durations.

Nice, ok size for a boat. Not a lot of space for luggage.

Port Reviews

Labadee

Nice, but a little crowded and the beaches were rocky as well as rocks in the water. Shoes are the order of the day
