this cruise was for a 50 wedding anniversary , and because we did not want to fly we sailed from Southhampton that was probably the only plus . Once onboard its to late damage is done ,for a ship that's had a multi million pound refit its hard to see were they spent the money .Then after a couple of days you find out ,cabin was a balcony quite shabby really towels were all hard like carboard and fraying round edges .Then comes meal times queuing sometimes 20 mins or more .Ask for a table for 2 almost imposible ,tables were so close together we had trouble walking around and it was like sitting at table for 6.Then comes after dinner problems if you would like to sit and have coffee or drink ,no chance never any seating any were .All lounges and bars were full over 4000 people on board 1 coffee shop .We spent most evenings in cabin .Try to see ice show or any show again no seats left .All Royal Caribbean have done is gone for Dollars instead of customer service .Put more cabins on board more people, more Dollars, service in decline .We would never travel with Royal Caribbean again if you want to cruise I recommend Carnival or Norwegian if you want to throw your money away try RCL you will learn the hard way.Our cruise was 14 nights Canaries Adventure.A better name would be Canaries Disaster
