I purchased a martini flight and wine tasting in advance. Fortunately I brought the payment confirmation from Celebrity but they initially refused to honor them, requested paper work then “lost” paper work but I was on to them by then and had photographed it before turning it over - they eventually gave me what I paid for but I wasted hours arguing with them. It was a very annoying way to spend my trip. Also watch the bill I had over $500 in bogus charges I had to go to guest services, again wasting my time, to fix. On the plus side, the pools are refilled daily and are clean. Food was fine to excellent, highly recommend the Tuscan Grill. The staff was generally nice and the excursions we participated in were fun. I particularly recommend snorkeling the ship wrecks and horseshoe bay beach although for the latter the ship transfer is absolutely the most expensive way to go but we did it the last day to ensure we didn’t miss the boat. We had a handicapped cabin as my Dad is in a wheelchair it worked well for him.60
