We did 2 perfect cruises in Europe with RCC but the Behama cruise was not good.
8:00 in the morning all the chairs at the pools were taken by bleu towels. Policy RCC: The reserving of deck chairs is not permitted. Items left unattended on deck chairs for more than 30 minutes may be claimed at the towel stand. (shield on all the pools). We have seen a family of 4 with 8 towels taking 4 chairs in the shade and 4 in the sun. When complaining...RCC personel did not react. Even people put there towels before they made an excursion.
Formal dinner evening. Policy: No shorts or slippers are alowed. First man in the line had schort and slippers to go in te main dining room. No problem, nobody said anything. Policy? None.

cabin was not very clean when we came. We found in the closet fake eyelashes and de shelves in the bathroom were sticky. Room attendent solved the problem.
