Sail Date: Jul 2018
Cabin: Villa Suite - 4 Bedrooms
Traveled with children

The itinerary was great. Villa was amazing. We ordered room service for breakfast and ate in the large lanai. Room service could not get our orders right during our trip. The first day we tried the kids club, we were told our 4 year old would have to adhere to the rules. Sliding on your bottom down the slide and staying at the table (he lost a game and got frustrated and went to a corner to take breaths) that is not allowed.

Got a massages and the therapist rushed through the treatment she talked for most of it about all the products that would be “helpful” for me to purchase. Not once did she stop to check in on the pressure.

Food quality in the main dining and windjammer was poor. The only quality foods are the specialty restaurants. Our room attendant Samason and Junior the concierge were the MVPs they provided excellent service.
