This is our second experience with Avalon cruises. We were extremely pleased each time. The service we received was excellent. The staff is very attentive to your needs and very friendly. Our cruise director Brahm was excellent. Always had a smile on his face and made sure we knew what was happening and when. Would highly recommend Avalon for a river cruise and will definitely travel with Avalon again. The dining staff was fantastic especially Michel and Dani. They both knew what we needed without us even asking. Drinks were at our table as soon as we sat down. Michel knew our drink order after our first dinner. We didn't have to ask for drinks. Dani provided us with advice and he was never wrong. Jerry our cabin attendant always had our cabin looking great and even provided us with some neat animals formed with our bath towels, a nice touch.

Our ship, Imagery II, was very nice, clean and updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise portion of our vacation. Would recommend a river cruise with Avalon.
