Food just ok. Was given lots of wrong information.......my grandchildren do not drink soda, I asked if they could get juice with their card, I was told yes, but that not true. Bought 3 soda packages for nothing. I was told as an adult I had to buy the adult beverage package, I am a teetotaler so never used it. Found out there is an adult soda package. Communication among staff is very poor, my daughter missed the boat due to plane issues. I could not get anyone in guest services to give me a straight answer, 3 people, 3 different answers.finally spoke to someone in shore excursions who to,d me what to do. Thank you, Paco. CS from NCL did not communicate information to Getaway regarding the situation with my daughter . They finally boarded the ship in Belize , never again NCL. Spent about $17000, no one cares.
